Semantic Versioning #104
Description
We should consider using https://semver.org/ for versioning the backend. Semantic Versioning is not applicable to the frontend, however, the frontend version number only reflects the backend version tbh.
As a result, one can quickly see if a depending service might be incompatible to a updated dependency.
