Create a test for the 'ByVIPStatus' filter

CRM uses email accounts ('EmailAccount') to send newsletters to recipients (Companies, Contacts, Leads).
Recipients and email accounts are linked via the 'MassContact' object.
Recipients who receive newsletters through the primary email accounts (marked with the "main" flag) of sales managers are considered VIP recipients.
Create a test for the 'ByVIPStatus' filter 'crm.utils.admfilters.ByVIPStatus'
