Running codes in Colab

Is there any way to run the scripts on colab both compatible with torchdrug and PEER_benchmark? I couldn't downgrade versions of python and cuda, also colab not allowed to download torchdrug as said in environment setup. If you can help I am really happy because I don't have any gpu in my machine so I even cannot download one of the datasets with my own machine's cpu :(
