Make photos local feature #34
Description
I used MyHertitage and the photos are cloud hosted as long as I keep my subscritption current. Once that ends, I lose access to any pictures I have not downloaded.
Need to add a feature to read the GED and localize the photos and do it via a checksum, so that the same picture does not get downloaded dozens of times for no reason.
