Use case extensions

To me one of the primary points of a use case is the extensions section. I actually prefer to call it exceptions but... That's kind of irrelevant.

I'd like to see an extension section added that links properly to the main success scenario. Then ideally it could generate the appropriate use case as markdown, or something.
