Objective

The primary objective of this epic is to create and/or assemble educational materials about the FOIA/UIPA legislation, as well as how to use the UIPA.org platform.

Context

The concept and reasoning of FOIA/UIPA is not an easy concept to understand, and many common questions are had about the process. Many "successful" FOIA platforms understand this knowledge gap, and have developed a few ways to easily distribute information.

While Hawaii does have training materials out there in the wild, many of them are not geared towards a casual observer (plus our attention spans have gotten smaller over time 😆 ). The purpose of this epic is to take some of the existing educational/training material (adding details where necessary), and to simplify them into easy to digest content.
