Recursive file selection in GUI #57
Description
Right now, when one wants to select files via the GUI, and those files are spread apart multiple directories, you cannot select all at once. You would need to move them all to one single directory in order to select all at once.
Make it that one simply selects a folder and all subfolders are automatically queried to include all files while still allowing for specific file selections.
