Add Whitelist Option

Add whitelist option to exclude filtering for certain websites, e.g. i had issues with an online map tool where the link included mapstyling and boundingbox options. turing off the filter has effect for all websites and not just the one the tool creates issues.

This feature is sorely needed. One of my work websites is broken by this add on, and the only current workaround is to disable it completely.

100% agree! The ACM TechNews mailing list links use Maestro, which doesn't embed the real URL in its tracking links, so the "cleaned" links just result in a 404. I thought this was a Firefox compatibility issue for a long time, and just realized today that ClearURLs was the culprit. Otherwise, it's been great.
