Include version in Geofabric URIs?

Currently the pyldapi service for the geofabric dataset mints URIs for the geofabric v2.1 dataset. e.g. https://geofabricld.net/contractedcatchment/12105134

However, it is unclear if the IDs used (e.g. hydroID) in the URI for the featureTypes are stable or version dependent.

There will be new versions of the geofabric.

Thus, we will need to accomodate versioning some how.

Propose revising the LD service or datasets which mints the URIs to include version info. e.g. https://geofabricld.net/def/2.1/contractedcatchment/12105134

Is the version of contracted catchment different between Geofabric versions? Or are they stable across versions?
