Add example for dynamic analysis

As discussed in #124 dynamic analysis have no complete implementation yet, but it would be good for finding stiffness, mass and damp matrices of a model and manually so some solve things...
A simple example with a model with one or two DoF, or even multi-level model with rigid elements as roofs,
