Description
User should be able to select some links (mostly related to specific topic) and name it to quickly refer it to learn or master that topic.
e.g, User can create list of links which are useful to deploy rails application on Digital ocean.
Optionally user can rearrange order of links. So drag and drop feature would be appreciable here.
Additionally can share with someone by sending all those links in an email.
