Add support for actions #2
Description
Actions are essentially anchors in text that hold data, on their own they do not provide much functionality, at best as comments. However once paired with TypeWriter, we can listen to when we reach a point of action and trigger appropriate method.
Actions also have support for values which allows us to use them for example when setting reading speed.
Actions, in contrast to tags, don't have opening and closing and instead of </> use {}
Example:
{speed=1}I have chased him into a dark alley.
I thought I had him, when suddenly... {wait=0.2}{speed=100}{bam}BAM!
