Add footer support to Blockquote #151
Description
The Blockquote component in Bootstrap supports a footer element, that is used to specify the source of the quote. Blazorade Bootstrap should support this:
- As a string parameter on the
Blockquotecomponent. - As a template parameter for more control.
This also includes updating the showroom app as well as the wiki documentation.
