Not all links are clickable #31

Hi there,
first of all thanks for the control - I've looked at a few alternative solutions for amending the query of a SubGrid and yours meets our requirements very well and is very nicely implemented.
We have noticed on thing which we wondered if you'd encountered.
We've used your PCF to display a sub grid on the Account form which shows all Opportunities belonging to the Account or any of it's Sub-accounts.
The query includes a link to the Account table so that the user can see whether the Opportunity belongs to the Account or one of it's children.
We are finding that the hyperlink to the Account record is not clickable.
In the example, we can click on the 'Product' link, which takes us to (eg) the "John's test Product Family" product record, and we can double click on the whole record to be taken to the Opportunity, but when we click on the Account link for either Account, nothing happens.
There's nothing in the Dev Tools console, but if I have Dev Tools open, it does catch an exception - "UciError: Required parameter is null or undefined: options.entityName":
Is there maybe a problem when the link is to a record of the same type as the form on which the SubGrid is displayed?
It's really not a showstopper for us, but do you have any idea why it's happening?
