Problem
I uploaded my project report PDF named 2400032050__P RAHUL.pdf to the Reports/ folder, but the file does not appear in the repository. Other files in the same folder are visible and accessible.
Expected Behavior
The uploaded PDF should appear in the Reports/ folder and be accessible to all collaborators.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to the Reports/ folder in the repository.
Upload the PDF file.
Check the folder — the uploaded PDF does not appear.
Suggested Solutions
Verify that the file upload completed successfully.
Ensure the file name does not contain any unsupported characters.
Commit and push the file manually using Git or GitHub Desktop.

This issue prevents project documentation from being complete and accessible to others.
