Azure Device Update Command Line Interface (ADU CLI)

The ADU CLI is intended & designed to be a complete Device Update experience. Anything the service supports that a user wants to do should be possible through the CLI.

Phase roadmap

1. Full control plane support. (Published in IoT CLI v0.15.0+)
2. Full data plane support. (Feature complete, iterating via feedback and emergent issues)
3. Import update manifest utilities (generation, validation).
