v3.7.0 broken compatibility with Divi theme in WordPress

SyntaxHighlighter Evolved v3.7.0 does not work with the Divi theme in WordPress anymore. The shortcodes show up in the page and syntax is not highlighted. Downgrading back to v.3.6.2 fixes the issue.

Not sure if it is related, I am suddenly having the same problems with Enfold theme.
