Large font error- Chapter Container doesn’t expand the whole screen width

Bug

When the text size is increased and the page is reopened, the content within the chapter does not utilize the full available screen width, resulting in the text appearing inside a container that is narrower than intended. This affects readability and creates unnecessary white space on the sides.

Steps to reproduce

Open Treatment of Active TB Chapter

Open D. Special Clinical Situations subchapter

Set the font to Larger

Go back and exit the subchapter

Open the subchapter D. Special Clinical Situations again

Expected Behavior

The content should utilize the full width of the screen.
