New Category Proposal: User Insights

I would like to propose a new category under Product called 'User Insights', that follows Prototyping.

It is a critical aspect of building any product, and one that has been oft ignored even in traditional product development workflows. It is an emerging area where AI tools are staring to make a difference and would love for it to be highlighted as it's own category.

I think there are many startups in this space to make this a rich space, but there are at least 3 I'd like to nominate to kick off the category:

1. Jo, https://jo.floto.ai. An AI user research agent to conduct lightweight feedback interviews with users on products during the prototype/early build stage.
2. Kraftful, https://www.kraftful.com/. AI-driven insights from customer feedback to help product teams build products people love.
3. TheySaid, https://www.theysaid.io/. AI-powered surveys platform.

Interesting suggestion @ragsvadali , it sounds related to prototyping but also to deriving specification. Will get back to you on that.
